- This website is run by Jonbar AI. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
02What the site is
- The site describes Jonbar, a simulation and decision engine that is still being built.
- Some of what it describes is live today and some is on our roadmap. Each use case is labelled with its status.
03Sample scenarios
- The panels, charts and numbers on the site are sample scenarios built on sample data. They show how the product works; they are not results for your business.
- Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or business advice. Your decisions stay yours.
04Forms and the waitlist
- Please give accurate information in the forms.
- Joining the waitlist or sending a message does not create an agreement or an obligation for either side.
05Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Don't scrape the site at scale or copy the interactive demos to build a competing product.
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
06Intellectual property
- The text, visuals, brand and software on this site belong to Jonbar AI, unless stated otherwise.
- Research we cite belongs to its authors. Links to other sites are for reference only; we are not responsible for their content.
- Fonts are used under their own licences (SIL Open Font License).

- The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

- We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, which applies from that date.
09Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
